About the role

CT Technologist needed within the CT Scan department to capture diagnostic images using computerized tomography equipment.

Responsibilities

• Use computerized tomography equipment to capture diagnostic images of patients' internal organs and tissues
• Position patients appropriately to scan specific body areas
• Perform regular warm-up sequences on the CT scanner to prolong X-ray tube life
• Sterilize radiologic equipment to ensure patient safety
• Correctly interpret doctors' written scanning instructions
• Administer radiocontrast agents to enhance visibility of internal organs and tissues
• Evaluate CT scans to determine technical quality
• Explain scanning procedures to patients and provide reassurance and support as needed

2 years of relevant experience

Skills

• CT imaging and equipment operation
• Patient positioning

Pay

$81.90/hr

Schedule

Shift: Mon‑Fri 07:00 AM‑07:00 PM; Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 3:00 PM‑11:30 PM, 40 hours/week (8×5 or 4×10). Every 4th weekend required, no call, 13‑week assignment.
