CT Technologist
About the role
The CT Technologist is responsible for independently performing advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner, ensuring high-quality images and patient safety. They operate imaging equipment, administer contrast agents, and utilize power injectors and monitoring tools according to protocols. They provide exceptional patient care through clear communication, compassion, and professionalism, actively participating in a team-based environment. Additional duties include performing diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostic imaging procedures using a multi-slice CT scanner.
- Ensure high-quality images and patient safety during procedures.
- Operate imaging equipment, administer contrast agents, and use power injectors and monitoring tools according to protocols.
- Provide exceptional patient care through clear communication, compassion, and professionalism.
- Perform diagnostic X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures as needed.
Requirements
- Completed radiologic technology program.
- Relevant state licensure.
- Certifications: BLS and ARRT Radiography.
- Certification in computed tomography required within one year of hire.
Qualifications
Preferred experience: Two years as a Radiologic Technologist, including one year in a CT department.

Pay
Compensation ranges from $52.54 to $79.89 per hour, with potential additional incentives.
