About the role

We are seeking a CT Technologist responsible for performing a variety of CAT Scan procedures with a focus on patient care and quality outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Patient positioning and preparing equipment
  • Administering contrast agents under physician guidance
  • Protecting against radiation exposure
  • Assisting physicians during exams
  • Maintaining equipment and supplies
  • Operating RIS, HIS, and PACS systems
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and quality control of scans
  • Explaining procedures to patients
  • Completing necessary paperwork
  • Assisting in training student technologists
  • Patient scheduling and safety
  • Following departmental procedures

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Graduate of an A.M.A. approved Radiography program
  • Current ARRT or CRT certification and New Jersey license

Preferred experience

  • At least three years of hospital technologist experience
  • Ability to work independently

Schedule

Night shifts across multiple connected facilities.
