CT Technnologist II- Per Diem
Position Highlights
- Sign on Bonus: $1,000
- Full Time/Part Time: Resource/PRN
- Hospital: Evanston Hospital
- Hours: 2pm-10:30pm, rotating weekends
- Per Diem Commitment Level: 32-72 hrs., 73-110 hrs., 111-144 hrs./ per 6-week schedule
- Required Travel: Yes
What You Will Need
- Education: Certification or Associate’s degree in Radiology from an accredited program
- Certification: CPR Certification required; Advanced CT Certification required, ARRT Registered required
- Licenses: IEMA license
- Experience: Previous CT Technologist experience – at least 5 years preferred
What You Will Do
Perform CT exams for use by physicians in diagnosing and treating patient illness and/or injury, in accordance with departmental standards, policies and procedures
Prepare patients for exam: obtain and record history, explain procedures, position patients and ensure their comfort
Complete all paperwork and submit images to a radiologist in a timely manner
Review CT's to ensure optimum quality
