CT Tech Xray Tech Dual Role Fulltime
Position Summary
CT/Radiology Tech Dual Role, Fulltime position with Sacred Heart Hospital in Lavonia, GA. 10,000 Sign on Bonus (*must have at least 1yr CT Tech experience to be eligible for the Sign on Bonus).
What you will do
- Performs radiographic and CT procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail.
- Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgment with ingenuity and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiographic diagnosis.
- Performs routine CT scans on pediatric, adolescent, adult, geriatric, and trauma patients.
- Affixes to the radiologist in special procedures such as biopsies, drain tube placements, injections, and markings.
- Performs angiography studies of the brain, neck, and chest with 3D reformats.
What You Will Need
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: ARRT CT Registered or eligible to sit. ARRT xray registered.
- Education: Graduate of formal Radiographic technology training in an AMA-Approved school.
- Experience: One year experience in hospital environment in CT required.
