Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
- Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
- Demonstrate ability to perform advanced CT imaging (Cardiac and Vascular).
- Be competent/proficient with cross-sectional anatomy and physiology.
- Provide more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs.
Qualifications
- MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program.
- MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1 year of CT experience.
- MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: By Law Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) (CT).
- Additional QUALIFICATIONS: Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT).
- BLS certified.
