Responsibilities

• Use ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients
• Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist
• Provide patient care to all age groups including neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics
• Demonstrate ability to perform advanced CT imaging (Cardiac and Vascular)
• Be competent and proficient with cross-sectional anatomy and physiology
• Provide more complex technical care necessary to meet identified patient needs

Qualifications

• Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
• 1 year of CT experience
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R) (CT)
• Advanced certification by ARRT in Computed Tomography (CT)
• BLS certified
