About the role

Piedmont Rockdale is a 161-bed, acute care, not-for-profit community hospital in Conyers providing compassionate, patient-centered care since 1954. We offer 24-hour emergency care and a range of medical, surgical, and diagnostic services.

Responsibilities

• Specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis and treatment.
• Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations under the direct guidance of a Radiologist.
• Provide patient care to neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.

Qualifications

• MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED: Graduate of an JRCERT approved Radiologic Technology program.
• MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).
• MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW: Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).
• PREFER: 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist.
• ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: BLS certified.
