Overview
This position is for a PRN CT Tech at our facility in Thomson, GA. The schedule is variable.
Responsibilities
- Specialize in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images to help doctors diagnose and treat patients.
- Perform diagnostic Computerized Tomographic examinations in accordance with all prescribed standards under the direct guidance of the supervising Radiologist.
- Provide patient care to all age groups to include neonatal, pediatrics, adult, and geriatrics.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an AMA approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT accredited hospital-based training program
- Required Work Experience: 6 months experience as a Radiological Technologist
- Required Licenses and Certifications:
- ARRT - American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
- Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
