Role and Responsibilities: The CT Technologist specializes in using ionizing radiation to produce cross-sectional images that assist in diagnosis and treatment. They perform diagnostic computed tomography examinations following prescribed standards under the supervision of a radiologist. The role involves providing patient care across all age groups, including neonatal, pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology program or JRCERT-accredited training program.Certified by the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT).Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (R).BLS certified.Preferred: 6 months of experience as a Radiological Technologist. Key Attributes: Ability to perform diagnostic imaging procedures accurately and efficiently.Excellent patient care skills across diverse age groups.Adherence to safety and procedural standards.
