Services include emergency services and freestanding emergency department, general and robotic surgery, maternity care, breast health, cardiology, orthopedic surgery, stroke, sleep medicine, urology, and wound care.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine radiographs and minimally invasive procedures under the direction of a radiologist.
• Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment and ingenuity to apply prescribed ionizing radiation in order to obtain a radiologic diagnosis.
• Follows the principles and guidelines as set forth by the American College of Radiology.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Satisfactory completion of formal radiological training in an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Acute care experience preferred, although new graduates will be considered.
• Preferably registered by and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
• State License through the Florida Bureau of Radiation Control is mandatory.
• Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR/BLS certification required.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.

Eligible candidates with two or more years of experience may qualify for a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Eligible positions and terms apply.
