Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for an (CSSNA) Project Manager - Engineering with our power technology client in Henderson, CO. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension. Pay: $40.00 - $45.00/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Schedule: Monday to Thursday. 6a.m to 4:30p.m Description:Create and distribute engine core condition reports and root-cause failure analysis reports to customers.Comprehensive knowledge applied to performing skilled activities which support product engineering team and manufacturing business needs.Works with relevant functions to select and utilize appropriate resources, tools, and specialty equipment.Thoroughly understands the protocols of working safely with electricity and other energy sources with industrial equipment.Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others.Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment. Experience: Minimum 3 years in industry Core Responsibilities:Completing Failure Analysis and Core Condition Reports to be distributed to customers,Core Condition reports involve:Using excel,Editing photos,Identifying types of engine component wear and severity based off *** classifications,Professional, clear communication with branches/CSFE'sFailure Analysis involves:Using Microsoft Word,Photo taking and editing of engine components,Handling a wide range of parts depending on the type of failure,Using critical-thinking and problem-solving skills combined with a high-level of knowledge of the 45/50/60/78L engines to determine failure root cause,Identifying types of engine component wear and severity based off *** classifications,Professional, clear communication with branches and CSFE's,In some cases, cross-functional collaboration with CSFE's and PSBU engineeringHost customer visits when necessary to review CA and FA reports and,Support Product Engineering projects which may include data collection and documentation using excel and internal MRC cross-functional collaborationTechnical Documentation - Documents information based on knowledge gained as part of a technical function activities; communicates to stakeholders with the goal of enabling improved technical productivity and effective knowledge transfer to others.Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Stop work and immediately report any major injury hazards.Report any work-related injury, illness, incident or hazard. Performs quality inspections.Delivery Fully proficient performing skilled activities expected by their roles in accordance with defined roles and responsibilities.Leads and coordinates others acting as a formal resource for team members with less capability.Performs and documents preventive, emergency, corrective and predictive maintenance activities.Maintains clean and orderly work area, including routine housekeeping and machine cleaning tasks. Performs other duties as required to meet business goals.Work with peers and support staff to: Identify and reduce manufacturing constraints Solve problems and improve processes Actively identify issues and implement solutions Teamwork Communicates effectively with the assigned team and with all support teams.Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements.Participates actively with local Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) teams in ways to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development. Required Skills:Knowledge and experience with engine components and systems.Basic skills in Microsoft Office tools (ex. excel, word, powerpoint; some training can be provided)High-quality photo-taking and editing skills (training will be provided)Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via in-person meetings, virtual meetings and, emailHigh-level problem-solving and critical thinking skills Preferred Skills:Ideally familiar with the 45/50/60/78L *** mining productsMinimum 3 years with engine disassembly/assembly, and/or field experience with product troubleshooting. Education, Licenses, Certifications:High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
