About the role
As a Customer Service/Warehouse Associate, you will provide a variety of support services, including servicing walk-in customers, completing sales transactions, and performing warehouse duties such as receiving, loading/unloading material, pulling/assembling customer orders, and conducting inventory checks.Responsibilities
- Waiting on customers and preparing sales slips.
- Producing daily sales reports.
- Pulling/assembling customer orders.
- Checking outbound orders for accuracy/completeness.
- Maintaining a clean and organized facility.
- Operating forklift equipment.
- Maintaining a safe working environment.
- Performing other related duties as required.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of customer service experience and warehouse experience.
