CSR / Teller - Eureka Pardee - Part Time

About the role

Provide excellent customer service in all interactions. Refer customers to the appropriate business partner for consultative conversations. Responsible for risk management by following policies and procedures, ensuring actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience while operating within the Bank's risk appetite.

Responsibilities

• Deepen customer relationships by listening to their needs, asking questions, and guiding them to financial solutions.
• Follow up on customer questions and find solutions to address issues promptly.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with customers to build trust and confidentiality.
• Adhere to the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics, maintaining ethical behavior.
• Perform daily office responsibilities to ensure efficient operations, including balancing records and correcting outages.
• Stay updated on bank policies and financial center procedures, handling customer problems professionally.
• Demonstrate sound judgment in decision-making, following established guidelines.
• Identify customer needs during interactions and refer them to Bankers or business partners for consultative conversations.
• Build and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services offered.
• Utilize referral tools for tracking purposes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Extensive cash handling experience.
• Ability to interact comfortably and confidently with the public.
• Knowledge of retail policies and procedures.
• Ability to take initiative and demonstrate sound judgment in problem resolution.

• Flexibility in scheduling.
