CSR- In office Sales Representative

Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, handling policy inquiries, payments, and follow‑up while supporting marketing initiatives and maintaining a clean work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customers’ policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential needs related to customers’ policies
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Assist with marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• Conduct FNOL vehicle inspections
• Take vehicle pictures (requiring squatting, bending, flexing)
• Perform bank run deposits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills; assertive with the ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful

Full‑time position with a flexible schedule.
