CSR- In office Sales Representative

Summary

Provides professional, courteous service to internal and external customers, answers policy questions, processes payments, identifies customer needs, follows up on quotes, renewals, and cancellations, participates in marketing initiatives for new business development, maintains a clean work area, conducts vehicle inspections and photography, handles bank deposits, and performs other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, courteous service to internal and external customers
• Answer questions regarding customers’ policies
• Accept payments and process transactions
• Identify potential needs the customer may have regarding their policy
• Follow up with customers on quotes, renewals, and cancellations
• Participate in marketing initiatives for new business development on an as‑needed basis
• Maintain a neat and clean work area and office
• Perform FNOLs (vehicle inspections)
• Take vehicle pictures (squatting, bending, flexing required)
• Run bank deposits
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Computer literate (basic to intermediate skills)
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is helpful
• Excellent communication skills, assertive, with the ability to provide a first‑rate customer experience
• Must pass state licensing requirements
• Flexible schedule
• Reliable transportation

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma
• Previous customer service experience is helpful

Schedule

Full‑time position with a flexible schedule. Reliable transportation required.
