CSR, Exterior

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect Trash – Daily - 1 xParking garages – all levels, Entry walkways, Patio and pondside seating areas, Wiping down and cleaning receptacles, as needed, Policing immediate exterior of properties to pick-up trash and debris
• Clean dock and side storage area, Entryways and Balconies – Daily – 1 xRemove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed, Sweep and/or spot clean, as needed, Remove cobwebs in corners and spot clean doors and surrounding glass, Move/Reset/Wipe down furniture as needed
• Inclement Weather, when applicable, Remove snow/ice during inclement weather
• Patio Areas – Check areas daily, Remove litter, debris and bird soil, as needed, Wipe down furniture - Daily, Spot clean flagstone, as needed, Wipe down elevators panels - daily, Vacuum elevators
• Other duties assigned by Site Manager

Qualification

• No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. Completed all safety and task training certification.
• Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team
• Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment
• Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use

Physical Demands & Work Environment

• Frequent sitting and talking or listening
• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds

Shifts And Compensation

• M-F, 7am to 3:30pm
• $19-$21 per hour
