Position Summary The Veterinary Medical Client Service Representative (CSR) is the first and last point of contact for our clients. This role combines excellent customer service skills with veterinary medical knowledge to ensure a positive experience for pets and their people. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients warmly, in person and over the phoneSchedule appointments and manage patient flowCommunicate medical information, estimates, and discharge instructions clearly and compassionatelyProcess payments, maintain accurate medical records, and handle client accountsCoordinate with veterinarians and technicians to support patient careHandle stressful or emotional situations with empathy and professionalism Qualifications Previous experience as a veterinary CSR or in a veterinary medical setting preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentBasic understanding of veterinary terminology and procedures (or willingness to learn)Proficiency with practice management software is a plusCompassion for animals and their owners is essential
