About the role

The CSCT Therapist facilitates individual, family and group therapy, identifies family functioning and patterns contributing to a student's behavior, and serves as an integral part of the treatment team.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates individual, family and group therapy sessions
• Identifies family functioning and patterns contributing to a student's behavior
• Serves as an integral part of the treatment team
• Provides therapeutic learning during summer programming

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Master’s degree program in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or a closely related field
• 2 years of experience working with children who are emotionally disturbed (preferred)
• Evidence of training and/or experience in individual, group, and family therapy
• Current license in the state of Montana (PCLC, SWLC, etc.)
• Eligible for licensure as LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT in the State of Montana and actively working towards Montana licensure per the board of Behavioral Health requirements

Pay

Starting salary is $63,398.40 (unlicensed) and $69,264.00 (licensed).
