Responsibilities

Receive and check in all medication and supplies
Put away and replenish items to storage and picking locations
Absolutely assist purchasing or accounts payable staff members with receiving discrepancies
Accurately process, pick, pack, and stage all customer orders
Prepare shipments of pharmacy goods, including legend drugs, non-prescription drugs, contrast media, and drug-containing devices
Complete accuracy checks on picked items and document on quality logs

Requirements

A High School Diploma or GED is required
A technician training program is preferred
Pharmacy technician experience is preferred
A National Pharmacy Tech certification (PTCB) is preferred
State Board of Pharmacy Registration is required within 30 days of hire
