CS Tech I (Nights)

Primary Duties

• Supplies all departments of the Hospital with items needed from Central Sterilizing & Processing while maintaining good interpersonal relationships.
• Prepares supplies, trays and instrument sets for sterilization and/or decontamination for use throughout the hospital.
• Knows and practices principles of aseptic technique.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

License, Certification, Education or Experience

• REQUIRED for the position: High School graduate or equivalent Completion of CS Technician Training Program
• DESIRED for the position: 1 year experience with surgical instruments National certification in CSP
