Primary Job Responsibilities

• Request quotes from vendor trucking companies for use by customer service sales for their quotes to customers
• Record, ship and track bill and hold shipment through OPS program
• Check inventory supply for orders released to ship
• Enter production reports after released by Quality Control into QuickBooks daily
• Schedule trucks for deliveries
• Perform finished goods inventory weekly
• Prepare paperwork for vendor pickups and deliveries
• Log loads on log sheet that includes sales order #, customer, location and trucking company
• Review pipe on truck after it is loaded, take pictures on the load for verification purposes
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, desired
• At least 1 year in a manufacturing environment
• Analytical thinking and problem solving skills
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a manufacturing environment
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Punctual with good attendance
• Previous manufacturing machine operation or extrusion experience

Physical Requirements

• Regularly required to talk and hear
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day
• Frequent lifting and/or moving items over 50 lbs.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
