CS INVENTORY & DISTRIBUTION TECH - CENTRAL STERILE

About the role

Responsible for the daily operation of the distribution area of Central Sterile Supply. Assists the manager in resolving supply delivery discrepancies and coordinates with the manager to address supply shortages. Demonstrates self-development through continuing education and submits requisition orders for Central Sterile Supply following established department procedures and par levels in a timely, professional manner. Executes inventory management functions for EAMC-Opelika Central Sterile Supply and participates in professional development.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare supply functions

Preferred Qualifications

• CBSPD (Certified Sterile Processing Distribution Tech) or HSPA (Healthcare Sterile Processing Association) certification within two years of hiring
