About the role
Code.org at TCNJ Center for STEM Excellence offers several professional learning workshops for K-12 teachers. TCNJ is a Code.org Regional Partner providing Code.org Professional Learning Programs for the state of New Jersey.
Responsibilities
- Supporting efforts to expand access to computer science in K-12 schools through local district partnerships and building a positive local computer science educator community.
- Providing quality professional development to educators in New Jersey for various Code.org curricula including Computer Science Workshops for K-5, CS Basics for K-5, CS Fundamentals, CS Connections, Teaching micro:bit Maker, How AI Makes Decisions, Computer Science Discoveries (CSD), AP Computer Science Principles (CSP), and Computer Science A (CSA).
