Cryptography - Post-Quantum Research Lead

Role Overview: This position involves leading the development and execution of quantum security offerings, building strong relationships with senior clients, and guiding engagement strategies. The role includes managing high-performance teams, overseeing financial performance, and developing thought leadership to establish market presence. Responsibilities Define go-to-market strategies and cultivate executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.Lead and scale delivery teams to meet growth and quality standards.Develop industry thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements.Launch innovative methodologies and scalable service models in quantum security.Attract, mentor, and retain specialized technical talent, fostering a collaborative culture.Uphold high standards of professionalism, integrity, and respect within the team. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of eight years' experience with PQC standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST) at the enterprise level.Advanced degree preferred; Bachelor's required.Proven success in building consulting offerings, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams.Experience negotiating with top technology vendors and engaging C-suite audiences.Knowledge of global quantum security regulations and infrastructure mandates.Strong communication skills, with experience in market positioning through whitepapers and conferences.Willingness to travel as needed; authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
