Cryptography Engineer - Product Security, Cybersecurity

About the role

The Cryptography Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cryptographic solutions to enhance product security and cybersecurity measures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement secure cryptographic algorithms and protocols
• Conduct security assessments and vulnerability analyses on cryptographic systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cryptographic solutions into products
• Stay updated with the latest cryptographic standards and best practices

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in cryptography or cybersecurity
• Experience with cryptographic algorithms such as AES, RSA, ECC, etc.
• Knowledge of cryptographic standards like NIST, ISO, and FIPS
• Experience with cryptographic libraries and tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms and virtualization technologies
• Experience with DevSecOps practices
• Experience with threat modeling and risk assessment
• Experience with penetration testing and ethical hacking

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, Java, etc.
• Experience with cryptographic analysis tools and frameworks
• Understanding of blockchain technology and its cryptographic principles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
