Cryptography Director

The role involves leading the development and execution of quantum security offerings, including defining go-to-market strategies and building executive relationships with key stakeholders such as CISOs and CIOs. Responsibilities include building and scaling a high-performance delivery team, managing financial performance, and ensuring quality standards. Additionally, the role entails developing thought leadership through whitepapers and speaking engagements, launching scalable service models, and attracting specialized technical talent. Candidates should have a minimum of eight years' experience with post-quantum cryptography standards (CNSA 2.0, NIST), a relevant degree, and proven success in building consulting offerings, managing P&L, and leading cross-functional teams. Strong skills in negotiating partnerships with technology vendors, engaging C-suite audiences, and crafting go-to-market narratives are essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and the ability to foster a collaborative environment. Travel may be required, and applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
