Team CACI has an exciting and challenging opportunity available supporting an Intelligence Community customer’s wide-area (WAN), local-area (LAN) and campus-area (CAN) networks across multiple security domains. Focus will be on managing the TCS COMSEC account managers and overseeing cryptologic duties, including operation and maintenance of encryption devices.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall COMSEC / Encryption team.
- Oversee Account Management, Custodian Duties, and encryption device configurations and maintenance.
- Maintain multiple secure communication devices across the enterprise.
- Experience with the following encryption devices:
- General Dynamics family: KG175D, KG175F, KG175G, and KG175X
- L-3 Family: KG245A and KG245X
- Viasat Family: KG250, KG250X, KG255X, and KG142
- Experience with the following encryption device managers:
- General Dynamics GEM ONE
- L-3 Common HAIPE Manager (CHM)
- Viasat VINE
- Coordinate system maintenance, monitoring, and installation of multiple WAN/LAN environments encompassing various specializations, platforms, and technologies.
- Research and implement enterprise system-wide encryption solutions, capabilities, and enhancements to support customer business and mission goals.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network media and components.
- Evaluate and monitor the health and performance of communications security services, including hardware and management software.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for capabilities, operations, and technologies.
- Develop and execute test plans and supporting documentation for all communications security configuration upgrades, additions, or revisions for customer approval before implementation.
- Evaluate and report on new and emerging network/communication technologies to enhance capacity, performance, and reliability.
- Evaluate and recommend changes and/or technology upgrades to address performance, standardization, and industry best practices.
- Follow all customer network security processes and procedures; ensure compliance with all government policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- DOD 8570 IAT2 level certification (Security+).
- Active TS/SCI clearance with eligibility to take and pass a CI polygraph.
- Ability to work independently with little direction and guidance.
- Ability to work weekends and evening hours as needed.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, including the ability to develop analytical documents and present oral presentations to senior/executive management.
- Proficient in MS Office suite: Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
Qualifications
- JNCIA (Juniper Networks)
- TCP/IP Networks - CISCO CCNP, CCVP, CCNA, or CCDP
- ITIL v3 Foundations
- ISC2 CISSP

Pay
The proposed salary range for this position is $90,300 - $189,600. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary, including geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
