Responsibilities
- Create and schedule community updates, announcements, and educational content
- Collect user feedback and share insights with internal teams
- Maintain a welcoming, respectful, and informative community environment
- Monitor community sentiment and identify emerging trends
- Support community events, AMAs, and online campaigns
Requirements
- Active personal experience using cryptocurrencies and blockchain applications
- Familiarity with wallets, token transfers, and major blockchain ecosystems
- Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, staking, Layer 2 networks, or other Web3 concepts (plus)
- Excellent written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience managing online communities or social media (preferred but not required)
Qualifications
- Experience with Discord, Telegram, X (Twitter), and other relevant social channels
- Knowledge of crypto and blockchain applications
- Understanding of DeFi, NFTs, staking, Layer 2 networks, or other Web3 concepts
