Responsibilities

• Document cruise-focused specialist tasks with supplier coordination, ensuring visible tracking of source, owner, status, and next action.
• Maintain role documentation with status tracking for cruise-focused execution, leaving a clear audit trail.
• Reconcile reservation systems with deadline management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in cruise-related bookings.
• Coordinate documentation with reporting, ensuring all cruise-focused work is traceable and compliant.
• Review quality control and workflow management, surfacing repeated errors before they lead to downstream rework.
• Apply judgment in follow-ups, especially when cruise-focused tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
• Ensure remote completion of cruise-focused tasks by maintaining secure, traceable, and handoff-ready workflows.

Pay

Base salary: $42,000–$65,000 per year.
