Cruise & Resort Reservation Specialist

We are currently seeking a professional and detail-oriented specialist to assist with coordinating vacation bookings and client travel arrangements in a remote environment. This role focuses on helping clients secure cruise vacations, all-inclusive resorts, accommodations, and related travel experiences while providing excellent customer support throughout the booking process.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with cruise, resort, and vacation reservations
• Research travel options, pricing, promotions, and availability
• Coordinate booking details and ensure accuracy of travel arrangements
• Communicate confirmations, updates, and travel information to clients
• Maintain organized records of bookings and client interactions
• Provide professional support throughout the reservation process
• Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination information, and travel updates

Requirements

• Must be 18+ and based in the United States
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Basic computer and online scheduling system knowledge
• Reliable internet connection and professional communication skills
