About the role

The role is responsible for managing the culinary department on board.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure quality and satisfaction.
• Manage the kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Plan menus in collaboration with the executive chef and coordinate with suppliers.

Requirements

• A degree in hospitality management or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.

Qualifications

• Valid food handler’s license.
• Experience with budgeting and cost control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
