About the role
The role is responsible for managing the culinary department on board.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of meals to ensure quality and satisfaction.
- Manage the kitchen staff and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Plan menus in collaboration with the executive chef and coordinate with suppliers.
Requirements
- A degree in hospitality management or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
Qualifications
- Valid food handler’s license.
- Experience with budgeting and cost control.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
