This position involves managing customer bookings for cruises from a remote location. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, booking reservations, and ensuring all transactions are accurate and timely.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Book and confirm cruise reservations
• Process payments and issue invoices
• Resolve customer issues and complaints
• Update customer records and maintain accurate information

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
