for prose.
Thus each section:
About the role

.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content precisely.
About the role:
- "Energy Transfer , recognized by Forbes as one of America's best large employers , is dedicated to responsibly and safely delivering America’s energy . We are driven to inspire our employees to create superior value for our customers, our investors, a sustainable future and giving back to the community where w e have long-standing commitments to causes including MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital, The Salvation Army, American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House and many more. Come join our award winning 11,000 strong organization as we fuel the world and each other!"
- Then role description: "The Energy Transfer Crude Trucking organization currently hauls crude oil in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana to truck stations throughout these regions. Our Drivers help to aggregate the crude oil purchased from individual leases and then haul back to our pipeline injection points. Our drivers typically work a rotational schedule, up to 12-hour shifts with various day and night start times depending on location."
We could combine both into About the role prose.
Responsibilities:
List:
- Safely transport crude oil from lease locations to pipeline injection points
- Accurately test crude oil quantity and quality
- Maintain tractor/trailer in accordance with all D.O.T. Regulations
- Represent Energy Transfer with professionalism
- Provide high level of service to customers
- Adhere to all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older
- Class A CDL with tanker and Hazmat Endorsement (X) with no restrictions
- Minimum of one-year verifiable truck driving oil field experience OR Two years over the road driving experience OR Graduate of an accredited truck driving school
Other Minimum Requirements:
- Clean driving record
- Able to pass background check pursuant to local, state, and federal rules regarding transportation of hazardous materials
- Pass Energy Transfer’s D.O.T. physical, drug screen, and obtain a D.O.T. medical card
We could combine into Requirements section with two sub-lists? But we just need a list; we can combine all items into one list.
Qualifications:
Preferred Experience:
- Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience
- Handheld/computer experience
Skills: maybe same as Preferred Experience? But we need separate Skills section. Could treat Preferred Experience as Skills. But we already used Qualifications for Preferred Experience. Could instead treat Qualifications as Minimum Qualifications and Skills as Preferred Experience. However we already used Requirements for Minimum Qualifications + Other Minimum Requirements. Then Qualifications could be Preferred Experience? But the instruction list includes Qualifications as a possible heading. We need to decide.
We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to allocate content to each.
Option:
- About the role: company intro + role description.
- Responsibilities: list of duties.
- Requirements: Minimum Qualifications + Other Minimum Requirements (combined).
- Qualifications: maybe "Preferred Experience" (but that's more like qualifications). Could treat as Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe "Handheld/computer experience" etc. But we only have two items; could still be Skills.
- Benefits: list.
- Pay: compensation rates.
- Schedule: schedule description.
Thus we need to split Preferred Experience into Qualifications and Skills? Could put both items under Qualifications, and leave Skills empty? But we must not create a section with filler. So we need actual content for Skills. Could treat "Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience" as Qualifications, and "Handheld/computer experience" as Skills. That seems plausible.
Thus:
Qualifications: Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience.
Skills: Handheld/computer experience.
But we might also include both under Qualifications and Skills as separate lists each with one item.
Alternatively, we could combine both under Qualifications and omit Skills. But then we would have a Skills heading with no content -> not allowed. So we need to give Skills some content.
Thus we assign:
Qualifications (Qualifications
) - Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience
Skills (Skills
) - Handheld/computer experience
Now Benefits: list.
Pay: list of compensation rates.
Schedule: description.
Now we must ensure we preserve all substantive information. Let's list all info we need to include:
From intro: Energy Transfer recognized by Forbes as one of America's best large employers, dedicated to responsibly and safely delivering America’s energy, driven to inspire employees to create superior value for customers, investors, sustainable future, giving back to community with commitments to MD Anderson Children’s Cancer Hospital, The Salvation Army, American Heart Association, Ronald McDonald House and many more. Come join our award winning 11,000 strong organization as we fuel the world and each other!
From role description: The Energy Transfer Crude Trucking organization currently hauls crude oil in Oklahoma, New Mexico, Texas, and Louisiana to truck stations throughout these regions. Primary Responsibilities list as above.
Minimum Qualifications list as above.
Other Minimum Requirements list as above.
Preferred Experience: Previous crude oil or other bulk hazardous transport and gauging experience; Handheld/computer experience.
Now we need to ensure we didn't miss any info: The line "Compensation Rates Paid per barrelPaid per mileHour for other work-related activities (New Employee Orientation, mechanical breakdowns, etc.Night differential pay$1,000 per month Housing Allowance Bonuses $2,000 Tuition Reimbursement (driving school graduates)$800 Quarterly Safety Bonus (with additional $800 at the end of the year)Annual Performance bonusMust meet eligibility requirements for all bonuses" seems to be a run-on but we parsed.
Also note "Benefits Medical and Dental Plan 401k Retirement Plan Disability plans Life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Tuition Reimbursement (subject to approval) Paid Vacations and Holidays". Good.
Now we need to format.
We'll produce:
