Responsibilities
- Performing patient assessments
- General respiratory care procedures and protocols
- Critical care procedures in adult care areas
- Blood gas analysis
- Maintenance and management of all equipment
- Patient education
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy Sciences (Required)
- CRT - Certified Respiratory Therapist and licensed by the State of Georgia under the Composite State Board of Medical Examiners (Required upon hire)
- BCLS - Basic Life Support (Required upon hire)
- ACLS (Required upon hire)
- PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (Required within 60 days)
