Your Role in Creating GeronimoMents

You'll play a crucial part in our team, ensuring every guest leaves with a lasting impression. Your voice matters here—use it to build the future, make an impact, and continuously improve the guest experience.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Conduct a class while applying the CrossFit program safely and effectively.
• Greet clients upon entering and throughout class.
• Provide post-training feedback and cues for improved performance.
• Ensure a standard of proper mechanics at high intensity.
• Identify the primary points of performance of foundational and additional movements.
• Apply appropriate corrections toward improved movement.
• Scale for any ability level.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their gym experience.

What It Takes to Succeed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years CrossFit experience preferred
• CrossFit Level 1 or higher is required

Mandatory Requirement

U.S. Work Authorization (required).
