Crop Scout/Operations Intern

Agtegra Cooperative · Kennebec, SD · 1 mo ago
Internship
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description: "Agtegra Cooperative is seeking a Crop Scout/Operations intern in Kennebec, SD for the summer of 2027." Also details about cooperative, internship program, why the program, position summary, key responsibilities, required qualifications, physical demands, work environment. We need to use

for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should only include sections that have real specific content. We have: - About the role: could include description of role, location, summer 2027, cooperative info, internship program details. That's substantive. - Responsibilities: key responsibilities list. - Requirements/Qualifications: required qualifications (enrollment, eligibility, age, English, driver's license). Could also include physical demands? Might be separate but we can include under Requirements or Qualifications. The spec says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide which to use. Probably combine qualifications and requirements into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". Since we have both required qualifications and physical demands, maybe we put "Requirements" for eligibility etc, and "Physical Demands" maybe not a standard heading; we could include under Requirements as a subsection? But we must only use allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We cannot create custom headings like Physical Demands. So we need to fit that content into one of those sections. Perhaps "Requirements" includes qualifications and physical demands. Or "Qualifications" includes required qualifications and physical demands. We need to decide. We also have Benefits: The posting mentions "Competitive pay", "Scholarship upon completion of the internship", "Flexible internship start and end dates", "Personal and professional growth opportunities", "Connect with Agtegra Leadership Team", "Variety of networking events". Those are benefits. So we can have Benefits section with those bullet points. Pay: The posting mentions "Competitive pay" but not specific amount. The rule says: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay" which is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. Is that enough? It says "Competitive pay" is a benefit. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state "Competitive pay". So we could include a Pay section with that statement. However we also have Benefits section that includes competitive pay as a bullet. Might be duplication. Better to put competitive pay under Benefits, and not create a separate Pay section unless we have specific pay info. Since we only have "Competitive pay" as a phrase, we could treat it as a benefit. The rule says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Pay section and include competitive pay in Benefits. Schedule: The posting mentions "Flexible internship start and end dates". That's schedule info. So we could have a Schedule section with that detail. The rule: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it. "Flexible internship start and end dates" is specific enough? It's not a specific schedule but indicates flexibility. Might be considered schedule content. We'll include Schedule section with that bullet. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Schedule. We need to decide between Requirements and Qualifications. We have required qualifications (enrollment, eligibility, age, English, driver's license). Also physical demands. Could put all under Requirements. Or we could have Qualifications for enrollment etc, and Requirements for physical demands? But we have only two headings allowed; we can use both if we have content for each. Let's see: Qualifications could be enrollment towards relevant agriculture degree, enrollment in agronomy program preferred, must be eligible to work in US without visa sponsorship, must be 18+, English proficiency, valid driver's license. That's qualifications. Requirements could be physical demands and work environment? But the spec says Requirements heading for duties/requirements/benefits lists. However we already have Responsibilities for duties. Requirements could be for qualifications? Actually typical job postings have "Requirements" and "Qualifications" sometimes overlapping. But we can use both: Requirements for eligibility and physical demands, Qualifications for educational enrollment etc. Let's allocate: - Requirements: Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship, Must be 18 years or older, English proficiency, Valid Driver's License. Also maybe physical demands? But physical demands are not exactly a requirement but a demand. Could include under Requirements as well. - Qualifications: Enrollment towards relevant agriculture degree. Enrollment in an agronomy program is preferred. We also have Physical Demands and Work Environment details. Could we put them under Requirements as well? Might be okay. But we must not invent placeholder text. We have real content for physical demands and work environment, so we need to include them somewhere. If we put them under Requirements, we need to list them as list items. That's fine. Thus sections:

About the role

with paragraphs describing the internship, location, cooperative, program.

Responsibilities

with
  • list of key responsibilities.

    Requirements

    with
    • list: enrollment towards relevant agriculture degree (maybe that's qualifications though), enrollment in agronomy program preferred, must be eligible to work in US without visa sponsorship, must be 18+, English proficiency, valid driver's license, physical demands (list each demand), work environment (list each). But that mixes qualifications and demands. Might be okay. Alternatively we could have Qualifications section for education, and Requirements for eligibility/physical demands. Let's do that. Thus:

      Qualifications

with enrollment towards relevant agriculture degree; enrollment in agronomy program preferred.

      Requirements

with eligibility to work in US without visa sponsorship, must be 18+, English proficiency, valid driver's license, physical demands (list), work environment (list). But we need to ensure we don't duplicate content. The posting also mentions "Gain hands-on experience while working side by side with industry experts through our Agtegra First internship program." That's part of About the role. Also "Why the Agtegra First Internship Program?" bullet list: Competitive pay, Scholarship upon completion, Flexible internship start and end dates, Personal and professional growth opportunities, Connect with Agtegra Leadership Team, Variety of networking events. Those are benefits. Thus Benefits section bullet list those. Schedule section: Flexible internship start and end dates (maybe we already included in Benefits). Actually flexible start/end dates is a benefit, but also schedule. We could put it under Schedule only. But we already have it as a benefit bullet. To avoid duplication, we could move it to Schedule and not list under Benefits. However the bullet list includes it as a benefit; we could still list it under Benefits but also under Schedule? That would duplicate. Better to keep it under Benefits as it's a benefit, and not create a Schedule section unless we have other schedule specifics. The rule says prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can omit Schedule section and keep flexible start/end dates under Benefits. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Requirements, Benefits. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, equal opportunity, etc. At end there is "Agtegra Cooperative is an equal opportunity employer." That's boilerplate; remove. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Not present. Now craft HTML. We'll need to wrap content in appropriate tags. Let's draft:

    • Flexible internship start and end dates
    • " to Benefits. Now ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We didn't include Job ID. We removed boilerplate. All substantive info preserved: location, summer 2027, cooperative details, internship program description, responsibilities, qualifications, requirements, physical demands, work environment, benefits.
