Responsibilities
- Meet established annual sales goals.
- Utilize Trucordia Crop Insurance sales and marketing tools to execute results-oriented activities.
- Collaborate across the platform to grow and service the book of business.
- Maintain a notable book of business aligned with the platform’s growth strategy.
- Follow Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices, including proper use of tools and sales management platforms.
Requirements
- State-issued Property and Casualty License.
- Crop Insurance License.
- 5+ years in an insurance sales role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Farm or Ranch experience.
- Future Farmers of America (FFA) background.
- Experience with Livestock Programs.
