CRO / Landing Page Designer — Shopify — Fully Remote

CoTrain is hiring on behalf of a fast-growing DTC brand generating roughly $800K/month—just three months old. A tight-knit team of nine is building this, and they’re looking for a CRO-focused landing page designer to join the push. CoTrain is a vetted marketplace connecting companies with elite, pre-screened talent, so you go straight to real work.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with the in-house designers and creative strategists to build high-converting landing pages
• Custom-code pages natively onto Shopify
• Use Claude to help generate and iterate on pages fast
• Collaborate with the design and copy team to finalize and polish every page

Requirements

• Strong CRO instincts—you understand what makes a landing page actually convert, not just look good
• Comfortable custom-coding on Shopify (HTML/CSS)
• AI-native—you use Claude to move faster, not as an afterthought
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast, tight-knit environment
• High-aspiration and driven—you want to grow alongside the brand, not just clock in

Nice to have

• Ability to write copy for the pages you build (a big plus, but not required—you’ll have a copywriter alongside you either way)

This is a “work with me, not for me” team that actively creates room for people to grow alongside the brands they build. You’re joining a brand in a steep growth phase where your pages directly move the numbers—and where high performers get more ownership as things scale.

Pay

$1,500–$3,000/month, finalized once scope and skill level are dialed in.
