- 4 OR Days/Week – 184 OR Days/Year – $306,360 Annual Salary
- 5 OR Days/Week – 230 OR Days/Year – $382,950 Annual Salary
What You'll Do
- Work in a care team model under the medical direction of an on-site Anesthesiologist
- Provide anesthesia care in an ASC setting
- Provide general anesthesia for restorative dental procedures and oral surgery
- Care for pediatric and adult special-needs patients
- Participate in approximately 9-hour scheduled OR days
- Collaborate with the anesthesia and surgical teams
- Support surgical services across 3 operating rooms
- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care throughout procedures
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (MSN, DNP, or DNAP)
- Current NBCRNA certification
- Active North Carolina RN and APRN/CRNA license or eligibility to obtain
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certification as applicable
- Experience providing anesthesia care, preferably in an ASC setting
- Comfortable working with pediatric and adult special-needs patients
- Ability to work within a care team model with anesthesiologist medical direction
- Clean licensure and malpractice history
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive compensation based on experience and chosen schedule – $229,770 – $382,950 annual salary + $10,000 signing bonus
- Salary paid on a standard payroll cycle regardless of weekly case volume
