CRNA — No Call, No weekends at ASC with $350K Base Comp plus Bonus
About the Role
CCI Anesthesia is seeking a CRNA to join the team at Mount Pleasant Surgery Center, a well-established ASC providing efficient, patient-centered care. This position offers an ASC-only practice environment with a reliable weekday schedule and a diverse case mix, including orthopedics, ophthalmology, endoscopy, general surgery, and a growing total joint program. The role provides stability and work-life balance without hospital call responsibilities.

Required skills include spinals, blocks, and epidurals. The position is ideal for clinicians seeking a predictable daytime schedule in an ambulatory-only environment.
Schedule
- 3 weeks on / 1 week off rotation
- 13 weeks off per year
- No call, no nights, no weekends
- Predictable daytime hours
Pay
- Compensation: $350,000
- Commencement Bonus: $25,000

- 45–60 Minute Commutes: Midland, Big Rapids, Saginaw
