About the Role

Envision is seeking dedicated CRNAs for a full-scope practice opportunity at HCA Florida West Marion Hospital. This role offers a collaborative care team environment with a strong relationship with administration.

Schedule

• 4-day workweek (4 x 10-hour shifts)
• No pediatrics or OB
• No call or weekend shifts

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of procedures, including regional blocks, spinals, and central/arterial line placement

Benefits

• $150,000 start-date bonus
• $25,000 annual retention bonus starting in Year 3
• 8 weeks PTO (increases with tenure) with opportunities for overtime
• $3,000 per year for Continuing Medical Education (CME)

About the Facility

HCA Florida West Marion Hospital is a 222-bed facility opened in 2002 to serve West Marion County. The hospital features all private rooms and offers comprehensive services, including:

• Full-service emergency room
• Marion County’s only inpatient Orthopedic Joint Care Center
• Surgical procedures, radiological services, urologic treatments, inpatient wound care, oncology care, and outpatient services

Surgical Specialties

• Bariatric Surgery: Adjustable gastric banding, endoscopic intragastric balloon, gastric bypass, sleeve gastrectomy
• Cardiovascular Surgery: Heart and vascular surgeries, including post-operative cardiac rehabilitation (inpatient and outpatient)
• General Surgery: Traditional and minimally invasive procedures for conditions like appendicitis and stomach issues
• Colorectal Surgery: Minimally invasive treatments for colorectal cancer, ulcerative colitis, and Crohn’s disease
• Esophagectomy: Removal and reconstruction of the esophagus to treat achalasia, Barrett’s esophagus, cancer, or severe trauma
• Gallbladder Removal: Laparoscopic and open cholecystectomy
• Hernia Repair: Surgical correction of hernias (laparoscopic or open)
• Gynecologic Surgery: Hysterectomies, myomectomies, and sacrocolpopexies
• Neurological and Spine Surgery: Advanced procedures for aneurysms, brain tumors, stroke, and spine conditions
• Orthopedic Surgery: Partial and total hip, knee, and shoulder replacements
