CRNA Needed for Locum Tenens Coverage at Outpatient Facility in Virginia

Seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for outpatient orthopedic procedures in a supervised MD setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive anesthesia services, including pre-assessment, patient education, anesthesia induction, maintenance, emergence, and monitoring patient physiological conditions
• Manage cases independently under MD supervision with a 1:4 clinician ratio

Requirements

• Board certification
• Prescriptive authority

Work Environment

• Day shifts in an outpatient clinic with established protocols
• Managing anesthesia in 4 rooms without performing own procedures
• On-site position, no hands-on tasks outside clinical interventions
• Supervised model with no call requirements
