About the role
Seeking CRNA locum coverage in Minnesota to provide anesthesiology services across multiple locations, including a Level I Trauma Center.
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia care in operating rooms, Cath Lab, GI, EP, MRI, and CT, covering all patient age groups.
- Work in a medially directed practice alongside a team of anesthesiologists.
- Manage an average caseload of 1-2 longer cases or 3-4 shorter cases per day.
- Provide one-to-one patient care, with shifts spanning 8 to 16 hours, including weekends.
- Cover all specialties except transplants and pediatric heart cases.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master’s or Doctorate).
- Current Minnesota RN Anesthetist licensure or eligibility to obtain it.
- Certifications in CPR, BCLS, and ACLS.
- Certified by NBCRNA or awaiting certification after graduation.
Schedule
- Practice operates 7 days a week.
- Shifts include a 30-minute unpaid lunch.
- Opportunities to pick up occasional weekend shifts are available.
