About the Role

The CRNA provides anesthesia services in a busy, high-volume hospital setting across multiple surgical specialties, including general surgery, orthopedics, urology, ENT, bariatrics, vascular, neurosurgery, thoracic, gynecology, dermatology, plastic surgery, cardiac, and obstetrics.

Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia as part of an anesthesia care team, supervising and directing OR cases with a focus on quality patient care.
• Participate in cardiac procedures in a high-volume academic environment.
• Provide services across diverse specialties, excluding trauma cases.
• Offer on-site coverage with call responsibilities, adhering to specific callback percentages.
• Deliver 100% hands-on anesthesia in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Requirements

• Board certification in anesthesia.
• Prescriptive authority required.
• Experience with supervised practice within an anesthesia care team model.
• Ability to manage a variable caseload in a fast-paced environment.
