About the role
Ongoing locum tenens work in a busy hospital setting, providing anesthesia services across diverse surgical specialties.
Responsibilities
- Provide anesthesia services for OB, orthopedics, neuro, vascular, trauma, GI, GU, GYN, thoracic, CVIR, endoscopy, ACS, and pediatric procedures
- Operate under physician supervision in an organized OR environment
Schedule
- Day shifts, Monday through Friday
- 10- or 12-hour shifts, totaling approximately 50 hours per week
- No call responsibilities
Requirements
- Board certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Prescriptive authority not required
Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced surgical setting
- Adapt to variable case loads
- Collaborate within a supervised anesthesia team
