About the Role
A Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) is sought to provide comprehensive anesthesia care in an inpatient pediatric level-one trauma center.
Responsibilities
- Deliver anesthesia for 3-5 daily cases, including gastrointestinal, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, and dental procedures (excluding burn, cardiac, and neurological cases).
- Perform pre-operative assessment, intraoperative management, and post-operative care.
- Work under supervision with anesthesiologist oversight.
Requirements
- Board certification as a CRNA.
- Prescriptive authority.
- Ability to manage pediatric patients of all ages in a supervised setting.
Work Environment & Schedule
- Day shifts, standard anesthesia duties.
- Supportive staff including nurses and medical assistants.
- No call required.
