About the Role
Provide comprehensive anesthesia services in an outpatient surgical center, managing diverse surgical cases across three operating rooms under a medical direction model. Work collaboratively with three CRNAs and one MD during weekday day shifts, ensuring high-quality patient care with 100% hands-on involvement and no call duties.
Responsibilities
- Manage anesthesia for a varied caseload, including general, ENT, plastic, orthopedic, urology, and GI procedures.
- Deliver anesthesia services in a modern, multi-specialty outpatient environment.
- Ensure patient safety and effective anesthesia management in a supportive, team-based setting.
Requirements
- Board certification as a CRNA.
- Ability to handle a varied caseload independently while working collaboratively within a team.
