- Work 12-hour shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
- Be available to work all shifts as needed
- Maintain certifications: PALS, ACLS, and BLS
- Provide quality care in diverse settings
- Deliver OB and surgical coverage
- Support healthcare teams and ensure patient safety
