About The Specialty Alliance
The Specialty Alliance is a physician-led Management Services Organization (MSO) that powers the future of physician-led, multi-specialty care. We unite and empower leading physician-led gastroenterology and urology practices through an exclusive alliance built for clinical excellence, growth, and exceptional patient care.
Patients come first in every decision we make, strengthening patient care through a commitment to quality, access, and outcomes. Our shared infrastructure ensures physicians have the tools, data, and support to continually elevate care in every community we serve.
Our model is built on physician leadership at every level. Through our Physician Executive Committee, Regional Clinical Governance Boards, and Local Head Physicians, clinical decision-making remains with those who deliver care. This physician-led structure, supported by national-scale resources, preserves autonomy while strengthening specialty excellence.
We operate as a true partnership through our Management Services Organization (MSO) model. Our national infrastructure—including analytics, technology, revenue cycle, compliance, and operational support—reduces administrative burden so physicians can focus on patients. We enable, support, and align rather than manage.
Our leadership is driven by measurable value delivered to physicians, practices, and patients. Our partnership-first approach, combined with data insights and operational strength, has fueled significant clinical, operational, and practice growth. As more top-tier physicians join our specialty-led ecosystem, we continue to expand access and raise the standard of specialty care nationwide.
